Tundra letter
Talofa Lava brother , I have had a wonderful trip to Tundra, Tundra is covered with tons of snow for much of the year. We will wait until summer brings a burst of wildflowers. I explored some wonderful and beautiful animals that live here such as mountain goats, sheep and marmots. My experience adventuring the place was phenomenal . I really hope I get to visit Tundra to discover other things that we missed out this time.

Kia ora Nastazia,
It is awesome to see that you have joined us again for another great summer of blogging. Welcome back to the Summer Learning Journey programme!
I can see that you are making excellent progress through the first week of activities. I've read through each of them and chosen to comment on this activity because I loved your description of the animals and plants that you saw on your imaginary trip to the tundra. It does sound like quite a phenomenal place to go, doesn't it?
My dad has actually been to the tundra. He is an outdoor education teacher who lives in Canada. He loves to go on huge adventures and has spent a lot of time exploring the northern region of Canada (including the tundra and arctic regions). He said that it was stunningly beautiful but also very barren(empty) and quite cold. I'm not sure that I would have made it through the trip as well as he did. I don't really like the cold. Do you?
I hope that you and your entire family are having a nice, warm summer holiday this year. I'll look forward to coming back to check your blog again soon to see if you've had time to post another activity. I really hope that you will!
Bye for now,
Rachel :)
