Do I Believe in Taniwha?
Do I believe in the Taniwha?, yes I do because in the Waikato river there is actually a big one because if you just wait patiently you will see unexplained bubbles go up and down the river. I feel this way because every iwi (Tribe) has a Taniwha to protect one rohe (Area) so if you were to go into a lake or river you have to do a prayer that the Taniwha would accept or go with someone local. This is why I believe in Taniwha.

Hello Nastazia!
I enjoyed reading this post, you are a great blogger! I also believe in Taniwha and your reasons are so interesting! I didn’t know there are unexplained bubbles that go up and down Waikato river, I would love to see it one day!
Did you know that 95% of the ocean/sea has been unexplored? Humans have only researched 5% of the whole entire ocean. That makes me believe in taniwhas. Do you believe any other Maori legends?
keep up the great work!
