How much Waste can be Composted.

This term my group of Calais, Tatai, Syriah and myself made this project.  

Our inquiry investigation question was how much of our waste can be
composted.First, we used the internet to research our topic.  
Then we constructed this project. I did making the world and painting the box.
They did making the mountain full of paper and the facts.  
We used a box, paper and metal.The easiest thing to do was making the mountain
and painting the box. The most difficult thing to do was writing down all of the
facts.In doing this, this has helped me want to learn more about composting
and worm farming.The next Project i’ll like to do is how to compost in

winter.

Today I have improved in my maths on stage 7 because
I was practicing hard and learning my times table, division and more in my
own time. I am at my curriculum level as a year 6, I hope to improve more
to get more than 90% on stage 7 to get onto stage 8.

Hot and Cold colours

 This art was inspired by Karl Apple. I have been studying lines, bright colours and hot/cold colours, I used the lines to make a tessellation pattern that we were learning in class. The hot/cold colours in my art were used for the (Tui), I then used cold colours both purple and blue to make the background and bird the bird stand out. I would very much so like to do this art aging because i'm very interested in it.

I'm feeling so free!

I have improved in my maths e - asttle, in term 2 I got 3B and in term 3 I got 3A.

I am happy with myself

I am happy with myself because I got a 4P for reading in e- asttle today. My normal score would have been a 3P, 3A or 3B, I am pleased with myself next time i'll try harder to get a 4A next time.

I have improved from last week I had gotten 42% for last weeks score. I am still at stage 7 in week 9 because I have not been practicing hard enough to be able to jump on to stage 8. I will be working harder in basic facts to be able to get on stage 8.

Tongan language week

Today is the last day of in NZ for Tongan language week. The Tongan students at our school dressed up in their traditional costume for the day, at Glen Innes School we had a lovely teacher Mrs Taukoi she thought us phrases like.

It was a dazzling day with a clear blue sky in 1951 in Korea. The small village

Today on my basic facts I have improved on stage 7. I'm happy with my results because i've moved up a stage, I am going to practice more of my basic facts so that I can get a higher score.
