WALT see if sugar can change from a solid to a liquid and if that can be reversed.
- Mr Naidoo mixed sugar with water then it dissolved into a liquid .
- Then we put the liquid into the frying pan , then after a minute or two we went back to the pan and then we turned the pan off and we let it cool down .
- Then when it cooled down we went to look if the sugar went back to solid and it did .
- When we looked at it some of us were surprised that it even went back to solid .
I already knew that sugar/water can be reversed .
