    Skipping is a cheap and exciting way to get fit
well first of all skipping is an easy way of exciting through the day it’s also for  all ages You can still do it if you even 70  it can keep you healthy and fit  for the rest of your life . People are probably  still alive because they have been taking   care of there body since  they were little kids. I also take good care of my body because  I will be  healthy and fit  when I grow older . If you don’t take good care of your body it won’t go well at the end for you.
