What are you going to be doing in the heat of the summer ?

Hi today i'm going to talk about how hot it's going to be over the summer holidays . 

Summer is something that some people like but other people don't like it because of how hot it is , and that's why i'm going to be talking bout the weather .

Now Summer I love it don't you just joking I like the shade , summer is very hot sometimes it will go from 19/23 or 23 to even 38 degrees it crazy I know right . Now where ever you are and it is 20 / 38 degrees heres how to keep safe.

1. If you have heat rash and you don't want to get it while playing in  the sun all you need to do is take sunblock with you so when ever you want to play in the sun but afraid of getting heat rash take it with you .

2. If you are in your house and you don't have an air conditioner go out side and play in the shade where no sun will come or you can just get an air conditioner . But if you don't want to spend money shade is the best deal you can get for free .

3.Heat stroke have you ever gotten it I know I have and it's not very nice . Heat stroke will lead to sickness and you don't want that , heat stroke can happen any time so be careful when your in the sun wear a sun hat so heat stroke can't get to you . Wear clothes that arne't long for school, work or even going out other wise heat stroke for you .

These are all my reasons why you either hate or love summer up to you hope you've listened .
