I was flying all the way
across the
Tasman
it was amazing but scary ,
The caption
could not see
because we
got
caught in a
storm .
It was heavy but we
finally got
thought it we
landed safely in
Christchurch
we will be safe

What a lovely poem. I love that your poem has a positive perspective that even though it's tough, you'll get through it. I can imagine it was a pretty frightening time for both the men on the plane and the families awaiting their return! How do you think you would feel being one of the family member waiting at the airport for their return?
